Return Policy

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. We may decline a change-of-mind return if an item does not meet these conditions.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged on arrival or not as described.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email hello@heyhommies.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address.

Your return must be sent or dropped off within 30 days of delivery or collection. If you send it by courier, use a trackable service and keep your proof of postage. For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return delivery cost.

WANT A DIFFERENT ITEM?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. The new order is subject to current pricing and availability and does not depend on the return being completed.

REFUNDS FOR CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process any approved refund within 14 business days. We do not charge a restocking fee.

We’ll refund the amount paid for the returned item to the original payment method where possible. The original shipping charge is non-refundable for a change-of-mind return. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged or defective, email hello@heyhommies.com with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution. Where a return is required because of our error or an issue with the product, we’ll cover reasonable return delivery costs.
