Ideal For

Bread and sourdough, pizza dough, cakes, cookies, pastries, meringue, whipped cream and more. Optional accessories expand the mixer’s capabilities to grinding meat, making pasta, blending, grating and juicing citrus.

• Before first use: Wash all bowls and removable accessories with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Wipe the mixer body with a soft, damp cloth.
• Set up securely: Place the mixer on a clean, dry and level surface. Ensure the bowl and chosen attachment are properly fitted before switching it on.
• Start slowly: Begin at a low speed to reduce splashing, then increase gradually as the ingredients combine.
• Making dough: Add liquids to the bowl first, followed by the dry ingredients. Use the roller for gentle kneading and the dough hook for larger or heavier batches.
• Do not overload: Keep mixtures within the recommended capacity of approximately 5kg of dough or 1.5L of dough liquid.
• Keep hands clear: Never place hands or utensils inside the bowl while it is rotating. Switch off and unplug the mixer before changing attachments or scraping the bowl.
• Clean the mixer body: Always unplug the machine first. Wipe it with a damp cloth and a little mild dish soap when needed. Never immerse the motor base in water.
• Dishwasher-safe parts: The stainless-steel bowl, dough roller, dough hook, dough knife and dough scraper are dishwasher-safe. Handwashing is gentler and may extend their service life.
• Whisking accessories: Handwash the balloon whisks and cookie beaters. Handwashing the 3.5L whisking bowl is recommended.
• Avoid damage: Do not use strong detergents, abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the mixer or its accessories.
• Storage: Dry every part thoroughly before storage and keep plastic accessories away from prolonged direct sunlight.
