- All-stovetop compatible: Suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic, glass and halogen stovetops.
- Oven-safe: Cookware is oven-safe up to 450°C, while glass lids are safe up to 220°C.
- Utensils: Apex is metal-utensil safe, but silicone, wood or nylon utensils will help preserve the coating for longer. Never cut food directly inside the cookware.
- Dishwasher-safe: Hand washing is recommended to maintain the finish and nonstick performance.
- Handle with care: Stainless-steel handles and lids may become hot during cooking. Always use oven mitts when necessary.
- Prevent damage: Match the pan to the appropriate burner size and avoid leaving empty cookware heating unattended.
