Use & Care Instructions
Use & Care Instructions
Before First Use
- Remove all packaging, labels and protective materials.
- Wash the cookware with mild dishwashing detergent and a soft, non-scratch sponge.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
During Cooking
- Use low to medium heat. The die-cast aluminium body conducts and retains heat efficiently.
- Avoid prolonged high heat and never leave empty cookware heating unattended.
- Select a cooking zone that closely matches the diameter of the cookware base.
- Use a small amount of oil or butter when required.
- Use wooden, silicone or nylon utensils to help protect the ceramic non-stick surface.
- Avoid metal utensils, knives or sharp objects that may scratch the coating.
- Handles, helper handles and lid knobs may become warm during prolonged cooking. Use suitable hand protection when necessary.
- Lift cookware when moving it across glass or ceramic stovetops; do not drag it.
- Glass lids are designed for stovetop cooking. Avoid direct flame, impact and sudden temperature changes.
Cleaning
- Allow the cookware and lid to cool naturally before washing.
- Do not place hot cookware into cold water, as sudden temperature changes may cause damage.
- Hand wash using mild detergent, warm water and a soft, non-scratch sponge.
- For stubborn residue, soak the cookware in warm soapy water before cleaning gently.
- Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaning pads, harsh chemicals or oven cleaner.
- Clean the exterior after every use to prevent stains and residue from becoming baked onto the surface.
- Dry thoroughly before storage.
Protecting the Non-Stick Surface
- Avoid overheating, thermal shock and the use of sharp utensils.
- Do not cut food directly inside the cookware.
- Cooking sprays are not recommended, as repeated use may leave a difficult-to-remove residue.
- Slight changes in the appearance of the cooking surface may occur with regular use and do not necessarily affect performance.
- Replace the cookware if the coating becomes deeply scratched, blistered, peeling or otherwise severely damaged.
Storage
- Store only when completely clean and dry.
- Place a soft pan protector, cloth or paper towel between pieces when stacking.
- Avoid placing heavy or sharp objects directly against the cooking surface.
- Store glass lids carefully to protect them from impact.
