Enjoy freshly made gelato whenever inspiration strikes. Made in Italy, the Nemox Gelato NXT1 L’Automatica i-Green is a fully automatic, self-refrigerating machine that prepares gelato, ice cream, sorbet and frozen yoghurt without requiring a pre-frozen bowl.
Simply add your prepared mixture and start the machine. Intelligent software monitors the mixture’s temperature and density, automatically controlling the refrigeration system, mixing paddle and ventilation to achieve a smooth, consistent texture with minimal supervision.
Each cycle produces up to approximately 1 kg—or 1.5 litres—of frozen dessert in around 15–20 minutes. Once preparation is complete, the machine automatically switches to its storage function to help maintain the dessert’s serving consistency for up to eight hours.
The NXT1 includes both a fixed bowl and a removable bowl made from hygienic, scratch-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel. Its removable bowl is dishwasher safe, giving you greater flexibility when preparing different flavours and simplifying cleanup.
Powered by Nemox’s environmentally conscious i-Green refrigeration technology, the machine uses R290 refrigerant with very low Global Warming Potential. It combines authentic Italian gelato-making expertise with automatic operation in a refined appliance designed for the home.

Before First Use
Wash the removable bowl, mixing paddle, lid, measuring cup and spatula with warm water and mild dishwashing detergent. Rinse and dry thoroughly before assembly.
How to Use
- Place the machine upright on a stable, level and heat-resistant surface, leaving sufficient space around the ventilation openings.
- Fit the removable bowl and the correct mixing paddle securely.
- Pour in your chilled mixture. Do not fill the bowl beyond halfway, as the mixture will expand during churning.
- Fit the transparent lid and press Start. The intelligent programme automatically monitors the mixture’s temperature and consistency.
- Once the desired texture is reached, the machine automatically switches to preservation mode to help maintain the gelato’s consistency until serving.
- Use the supplied spatula to remove the finished gelato. Avoid metal utensils, which may damage the bowl or paddle.
For the best texture, chill the prepared mixture before adding it to the machine. Preparation time may vary depending on the recipe, ingredient temperature and room temperature.
Cleaning & Care
- Switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Allow the machine to return to room temperature before cleaning.
- Remove and wash the bowl, paddle, lid, measuring cup and spatula using warm water and mild detergent.
- Wipe the appliance body and fixed bowl with a soft, damp cloth, then dry thoroughly.
- Do not immerse the appliance, power cord or plug in water.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads or sharp utensils.
- Ensure every component is completely dry before reassembly or storage.
- Keep the ventilation openings clean and unobstructed.
- Always store and operate the machine in an upright position.
