- Before first use: Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Attach securely: Clip the detachable handle onto the designated attachment area and confirm that it is fully locked before lifting or moving the cookware.
- Remove when appropriate: Detach the handle during extended cooking and before placing cookware in the oven or dishwasher. Never expose the handle directly to flames.
- All-stovetop compatible: Suitable for induction, gas, electric, ceramic, glass and halogen stovetops.
- Oven-safe: Cookware (removing the detachable handle) is oven-safe up to 315°C.
- Preheat gradually: Warm the cookware over low to medium heat before adding oil. High heat is generally unnecessary.
- For easier food release: Add oil after preheating and allow food to sear undisturbed until it releases naturally before turning.
- Utensils: Silicone, wood or nylon utensils are recommended to minimise scratches. Never cut food directly inside the cookware.
- Dishwasher-safe: Cookware bodies are dishwasher-safe, but handwashing with a soft sponge is recommended to extend the coating’s life. Clean the handle separately and do not place it in the dishwasher.
- Remove stubborn marks: Soak the cookware before cleaning or use a non-abrasive stainless-steel cleaner. Avoid steel wool and harsh scouring pads.
- Prevent damage: Match the cookware to the appropriate burner size, avoid heating it empty for extended periods and allow it to cool before washing.
